Mobilizing Uganda for Missions (MUM)

It seems like I just returned from Uganda, and I am off again.

I could go on with a lot of events since my last update, but since the main purpose of this update is for your prayer support I will get right to the heart of it:

September 29: Fly Out, Arrive in Uganda Wednesday evening 8:15pm

October 1: Going over the details of the English/Discipleship outreach with Dan and Loring.

October 2-4: Pastors Conference in Busanna:  Sunday, 4th in the evening I will be going back to Kampala.  14 pastors that make up the Busanna Area Churches will be coming together for 2 days.  I had planned on covering, “Living a godly Life as a Leader.”  But last week Pastor James called me and asked if I would help him teach on Spiritual Gifts, especially tongues and “Gifts of the Holy Spirit.” I only had a week to dust off old notes and re-work them, nevertheless the material is still true today, even if it has been five years since I last taught subject.

October 2:   English Camp Team arrives from Kalispell, MT.

October 5-11: English/Discipleship Outreach.  We have at least 50 pastors and leaders signed up.

Please pray that we can Encourage, Equip, the pastors/leaders with not only the English program, but the Bibles Studies that are part of the program also.

Team Unity of purpose

Health and Safety: the riots have been calm for the past 2 weeks

And that we as a team will be a ridge for the Dan and Loring (aka Morris Five) as the continue build relationships in Kampala with the church community and non-believers.
